Dumont Nickel name change, 1:8 rollback.
2010-05-10 16:47 ET - Change Name, Roll Back Shares
Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders on April 30, 2010, the company has consolidated its capital on an eight-old-shares-for-one-new-share basis. The name of the company has also been changed from Dumont Nickel Inc. to DNI Metals Inc.
Effective at the opening of business May 11, 2010, the common shares of DNI Metals Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of Dumont Nickel Inc. will be delisted. The company is classified as an other metal ore mining company.
Postconsolidation:
Capitalization: Unlimited number of common shares with no par value of which 23,236,001 common shares will be issued and outstanding
Escrow: Nil
Transfer agent: Equity Transfer and Trust Co. (Toronto)
Trading symbol: DNI (unchanged)
