Mr.Sabag joined the Company in November, 2002, and has over 25 years of active experience from a diverse mining industry background in management and technical capacities. He has launched numerous exploration and development campaigns for a variety of commodities throughout Canada and the USA, including base metals, precious metals, industrial minerals, diamonds, placer gold, and peat. He has served as a senior officer and director of a number of private and public corporations since 1985, and was formerly President/COO and Director of Tintina Mines Limited (TSE) and NSR Resources Inc. (TSE), Director of Canspar Resources Inc. (MSE), President of Algomin Inc., Director of Algonquin Capital Corporation, Vice President of Aurogin Resources Ltd. (TSX:Ven), a Director of Cleanair Canada Inc. (previously PERT - the Pilot Emissions Reduction Trading program, Ontario) and Mineral Steering Committee Member of the Alberta Chamber of Resources.

Denis A. Clement LLM

Mr.Clement has been a Director of the Company since 1997 and, as an experienced independent businessman, has over 25 years of international corporate, financial and legal business experience from a variety of mineral, resource and commercial enterprises. He is a Director and former President of CGX Energy Inc. (TSX:Ven), Director of Vena Resources Inc. (TSX:Ven) and has previously served as a senior manager and director of a number of other private and public corporations.

Colin A. Grant CA

CFO

Mr.Grant is a chartered accountant who obtained his designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland in 1973 and from the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Accountants of Canada in 1982. He has spent over 25 years as a financial executive both in junior public companies and in large corporations in various industries. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge in public company accounting, finance, and corporate governance.

Michael G. Butler BA

Mr.Butler has over 25 years of financial industry experience. Amongst his many accomplishments in the financial services industry, Mr.Butler was founder and President of Northwest Mutual Funds, one of Canada’s fastest growing mutual fund companies. He led the merger of Northwest and The Ethical Funds Company in 2008, creating a business with over $4.3 Billion in assets under management. Mr.Butler is a past Director and former member of the Audit Committee of the Investment Funds Institute and a former member of the Young Presidents Association.

Raymond E. Mitchell CA

Mr.Mitchell Joined the Company in June, 2007, and has over 30 years of experience as a chartered accountant and senior executive. Mr.Mitchell has previously served as senior vice president and chief financial officer for the Canadian Depository for Securities (CDS). During his 24 year career with CDS, he undertook a variety of senior roles, including executive oversight of the development of SEDAR. Prior to CDS, Mr.Mitchell was responsible for a variety of financial functions for a large Canadian trust company. He currently serves as CFO of Latin American Minerals ((LAT:TSX-Ven).

Mr.Fogarty has over 25 years of broad legal and business background. He is a partner in Alegro Capital of London, UK, where he specializes in Corporate finance in Europe and North America. He has been recognized as top counsel by American Lawyer, L' Expert, L'Expert top 100 most creative lawyers Canada as well as Chambers Global, Martindale Hubell, International Who's Who Legal, as a top litigator and business restructuring lawyer. He is past editor of the National Insolvency Review.

Dr James Robinson PhD

Sr Structural Geologist, UT

Dr. Robinson has been involved with DNI’s Utah projects since 2003 and has over 23 years of experience as a professional geologist, mostly from gold exploration projects across Utah, Nevada, and Idaho. He is a structural geologist who began his career with BHP Exploration (Utah International) and Battle Mountain Exploration, and has since participated in a range of activities from exploration to pre-development, and has conducted detailed evaluations of the structural geology of north Nevada gold mines including the Marigold and Dee Gold Mines. As exploration manager for Alta Gold Company, Dr. Robinson participated in the acquisition and exploration of gold projects in Nevada, including the historic Nelson and Taylor Districts, and the Griffon and Kinsley gold mines. He is credited with the frontier discovery of a gold deposit at the Griffon Mine, which he managed through to production. He is also credited with the discovery of satellite gold deposits at the Kinsley Mine, Nevada

Dr. Robinson is also Vice President of Dumont Mining Company and Red Butte Uranium Inc., both of which are wholly owned subsidiaries of DNI Metals Inc.

 
Gordon J. Bogden  

Mr.Bogden, who until recently served as Vice Chairman and Head of Global Mining and Metals, Corporate and Investment Banking at National Bank Financial Inc. has extensive experience as an investment banker, Prior to National Bank, Mr. Bogden held senior positions with Beacon Group Advisors Inc., Newcrest Capital Inc., N.M. Rothschild & Sons Canada Limited and CIBC Wood Gundy Securities. Mr.Bogden holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Queen's University and began his career as a professional engineer and geophysicist, having co-founded Quantech Consulting Inc. He is a Certified Corporate Director and has been a member of the board of directors of several public mining and investment companies.

Mani M. Verma PEng

Mr.Verma is a mining engineer with over 25 years of varied experience in the mining industry, and was one of the founders and a director of Micon International Limited, a Toronto based mining consulting group. His consulting career includes senior positions with companies such as Dames & Moore and Robertson & Associates, among others. He is an engineering graduate from Sheffield University, UK, and holds a mineral economics Masters degree from McGill University, Canada. Prior to his consulting career, Mr.Verma worked as an engineer/operator in open pit and underground mining operations, including Syncrude during the early development of the Alberta oil sands. Mr.Verma is currently an independent consulting mining engineer involved in due diligence and evaluation/valuation of mineral properties around the world, in addition to mergers and acquisitions. He has previously served as Executive Vice President and a Director of AMT International Mining Corporation (TSE) and as President and Chief Operating Officer of AMT (USA) Limited, with operations in Arizona. Mr.Verma has  considerable hands-on mining engineering experience from a variety of operations, including the Alberta oil sands, and will be a valuable resource to assist advancing DNI's Alberta polymetallic black shale properties.

Lee A. Barker MSc PEng PGeo

Technical Advisor

Mr.Barker was appointed Technical Advisor to the Company in November, 2002, to enhance ongoing development of the Company's Attawapiskat Property adjacent to De Beer's Victor diamond Project in the James Bay Lowlands, Ontario.  He is President and CEO of Sparton Resources Inc. (TSX:Ven), and has during his nearly 40 year history in the mining industry held senior management positions in several junior and major mining companies including Southernera Resources Ltd. (TSE) and Lacana Mining (TSE). He was involved in the discovery and development of a number of base metal, precious metal, and industrial mineral deposits, and has launched and managed exploration and development programs for various commodities in the Americas, Africa, Australia, and the former Soviet Union. Since 1991, Mr.Barker has been closely involved with the exploration and development of several significant diamond discoveries and deposits in Canada, South Africa, Angola, and South America.

Chris Welner BAA Journalism

Chris Welner is Managing Editor and Partner at Crystal Writing Company in Calgary. A journalist and communications professional with more than 25 years experience in media, government and the private sector, Chris is a graduate of Ryerson Polytechnical University. He has worked as a staff reporter and editor at the Calgary Herald, Edmonton Journal and Toronto Star and has been published in the Globe and Mail and Alberta Venture Magazine. He has also worked as Communications Director for provincial government departments in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. He has worked with the Canadian Olympic Committee and the Canadian Alpine Ski Team. He is an advocate for fair and sustainable solutions that serve our communities and drive our economy, both locally and globally.

 

Bryan H. Wilson  

Mr.Wilson has eighteen years’ mineral exploration and development experience as well as sixteen years’ experience from the financial services and investment banking sector. Since obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo in 1975, Mr.Wilson has served in a variety of capacities ranging from geologist, manager, consultant, to financial adviser, mining analyst and corporate finance specialist. He is currently a director or senior officer of several public and private mineral exploration companies. Mr.Wilson’s mining industry background spans the full range of activities from exploration to evaluation of mineral deposits, for a variety of mineral commodities in many geological settings throughout the world. His diverse background from both the financial and mining industries makes him particularly well suited to achieving growth strategies through financial solutions for companies involved in development and mining.
James Letourneau PGeo  

Mr.Letourneau, PGeo is founder and editor of the Big Picture Speculator, and a professional registered geologist living in Calgary, Alberta, with fifteen years’ experience from the oil & gas sector. His unique perspective as a professional geologist, dynamic speaker, communicator and investor, is sought after as a valuable source of current information on ongoing developments from the oil & gas sector. Mr.Letourneau is frequently interviewed in the national media, including the CBC, CNBC, Resource World Magazine, Business in Calgary Magazine, The Korelin Economics Report, SeekingAlpha.com, HoweStreet.com and Minyanville.com. David G. Wahl PEng PGeo

Mr.Wahl is a 1968 graduate of the Colorado School of Mines and a Professional Mining Engineer. He is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario, and a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario. Since 1995, he has been President of Southampton Associates Inc., a consulting firm which specializes in providing corporate consulting services to companies in the mineral and exploration sector. Mr.Wahl has served as an independent director to a number of publicly listed companies. He currently serves as a director of Temex Resources Corp (TME:TSX-Ven) and is also a director of the Canadian Association of Mineral Valuators. Previously a director of Tintina Mines Limited (TTS:TSX-Ven) and NSR Resources Inc. (NSR:TSX-Ven). He also served as a director at Dumont Nickel Inc. (DNI: TSX-Ven) from 2006 to 2010.

As a past director to the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, Mr.Wahl served on the Securities Committee, which provided independent review of the Mining Standard Task Force Report for the Ontario Securities Commission and the Toronto Stock Exchange.
